Eli Lilly and Company’s Lilly Corporate Center (LCC) in downtown Indianapolis is a 100-acre urban site comprised of 4.6 million square feet of administrative, laboratory, and support buildings. Over the past decade, LCC has been transformed to provide connectivity to the urban environment surrounding the main Lilly campus.
The improvements have encouraged an engaging social environment, increased collaboration between employees, and reinforced a sense of belonging and pride for their workplace and community.
Through a planned recapitalization program initiated in 2006, their Integrated Workplace (IWP) office environment has created over 800,000 square feet of collaborative workspace. It is currently home to over 5,100 occupants who take advantage of the variety of work setting provided.
The mission of the facilities group is to create an innovative campus environment with an emphasis on productivity, employee engagement, and safe and healthy lifestyles.
The campus transformation has allowed Lilly to aggressively attract, retain, and engage employees, which in turn helps its employees live the promise to make life better every day.
Tour & Case Study: Rolls-Royce

For 100 years, Rolls-Royce and its predecessor companies have been engineering, designing and manufacturing advanced technology in the City of Indianapolis. Engines designed, assembled and tested at Rolls-Royce in Indianapolis power U.S. Department of Defense aircraft, civil helicopters, regional and business jets, and systems for U.S. Naval vessels. Rolls-Royce employs 4,000 people in Indianapolis. Nearly 2,000 are based at the Rolls-Royce Meridian Center.
Join us as WE tour the Rolls Royce Meridian Center, their largest office building in the U.S. During this tour you will experience how Rolls Royce has adapted its workplace to enhance its culture and improve its work practices to drive higher levels of customer focus.
Since 2011, Rolls-Royce has been reinventing the way work gets done. The workplace team will share their journey, the lessons they’ve learned, and the continuing evolution of their program.
